Everything... Company does not know where to focus.. Leadership is worst.. Compensation plans pathetic.. CFO and COO does not focus on bringing business all they know how to save money from cutting employees benefit.. Annual function stopped, birthday celebration stopped, travelling allowance discarded, incentives not given from last one year, increament not given on time, increament given to favourite employess n not the deserving ones.. Even getting 5/5 rating no increament.. Awesome.. Never seen such pathetic company

They are firing people during lock down. No help to the employees. They forced to work from office. Employee health is not a matter to them.

...etween the management. No coordination between the members. No Employee benefit. Salary deductions. Terminations. Very poor success rate in completion of projects.

Good work environment and culture supportive teammates. In IKS we can learn alot about RCM, good incentive plans and yearly bonus, there is huge cafeteria with different food options, it has a big campus.

They don't give fair salary hike.

Good Work Environment and Supportive Teammates. Good And Transparent Policies. Friendly Environment. No Pressure and Extra Target. One can earn upto ₹5900 incentive per month.

Dislikes

Incentive Cycle Is On Quarterly Basis & No Bonus On Diwali.
