They take extra work and they don't pay. They take extreme extra work which was not in your contract. There are no yearly increments even after 6 years of service there is increase in Salary. Managers are not qualified. The main office doesn't respect the poor labor and other staff. The accommodation and other facilities are very poor. There is no planning of work. They shift labors from region to other region within weeks.

The menthing is that worker & staff salary on time this is best of ikk group work environment is good work as team work & lerning more & more new thing etc over all it's good to work with ikk group.

Ikk groupb Didn't caerying there woreker & staff they want only work I have to work 10 to 12 hours staright in day witount any extra benefit & etc

An awesome company to work and learn for your well development. Friendly behaviour of seniors. Too many inspiring leaders from Main office to site. A must apply firm.

Some groups created for certain projects which is spoiling site enviorement. Such thing decreases your Passion to work hard for the company. Please stay away from such enviorement.
