If you work directly under US Management or you direct reporting manager is from US then I would rate 5 star as they help you grow. But if you work under India's management team please don't join. You yourself will realize after few months. As all existing employees are feeling.

...ows off the US management that they are doing good work but that is not correct. No growth, no compensation for hard work, no appreciation. Indian management has Boss culture .Accounts team is filled with under graduates who don't even know how handle a situation and benefit company and employee. HR somewhat good...but fails to do good as hands tied off by Indian management team.

Worest director I never seen in my working career cheep politics.he don't have any proper work responsibilities and unformal lungauge, employees are afraid with his cheap behaviour no one have courage to complaint against him Employees monitered like school children and payroll employee is good personal servent to director and evereday he need to carry floor information to director its fake or real ,
