One can learn way better here than in any other organisation as far as I know in many ways (both technical and corporate skills/Knowledge). You can easily secure a job here but just like in any other companies, there'll be a lot of pressure, they might say if there's no result, you're fired (in a sense). You can enjoy the freedom once you get used to the company culture, if not you'll feel uncomfortable and then also, it's mandatory to adapt to a company's environment if you want to survive. Everyone who's working here are friendly people. It'll be a good experience working here. I would recommend freshers applying for this company.

Dislikes

First most, main problem is compensation. There'll not be a deserving compensation for the work one puts in. No recurring incentives. Single time incentive but less amount. One won't get any recognition/ appreciation except for being congratulated in Teams for any successful work. People who are at management level doesn't have good experience in management as here is their first time working at that level. Mostly, WFH is not encouraged here. HR department here is the most lacking one. Everyone there is not good enough to be called HR people. They are not active enough who's supposed to be the most active members of the organisation.

No job security… the MD I believe is fond of laying off people without giving any notice. It doesn’t matter to him whether you are performer or a non performer. Lay off happens here based on his mood

No Positive at all...Management gives more priority to the people who acts humble or nice infront of them, they do't have listining time for others, every time decession is made hearing by one side.Those who are praised the once who have the heighest priforence and they do't see what happends internally.

Dislikes

Concentration on unnecessary things more.. lots of meetings and training sessions after working hours and weekends, and those meetings do't have work related topics at all. More over pushing to learn ceipal than necessary, feeling like preparing for final exams.

Only colleagues are the best part. They are very helpful and friendly.

I don't know why my previous review deleted. This is my second review. The worst part is management and HR Team. They don't even consider your request/ complaint. If u want to grow financially don't choose this. Toxic and unhealthy environment. Favouritism plays a crucial role.

Management & team is too good. They support in every step. Enjoyment & work culture is also good. Great place to work and learn. Particularly they make sure female employees comfortability.

Dislikes

There is nothing to say anything bad about the organization. That depends upon the persons how they take it.
