You can't argue with your managers because they bound to not listen your perspective, problems etc. 5. When it comes to promotion, it's all about favouritism for example if you have good relations with your managers they will promote your for sure even not having that much skills in particular, at same side the ones who don't obey or giving you counter argument they likely will layoff you instead of giving promotion even how much hardwork you do . 6. Communication gap is huge aspect why company is falling off from past year . 60 3d artist to 40-45 remains where just only 15 to 20 people know how 3d actual work , reason why people choose to leave because they don't know the value of your hardship , determination behind all problems . 8. Encouraged to not go creative instead they lead you to become a robot who just know their workflows and give deliverables

Maybe competitive package for mohali but it comes at a cost which is not worth it at all. Rather stay unemployed than to destroy your physical and mental health by working here.

CEO is extremely arrogant, I thought the reviews here are going to be fake/inaccurate so I still applied for the opportunity. I regret it so much, he literally starts laughing at you if you are unable to answer any technical/random question like you are inferior. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Don’t work at this place, you will not be able to thrive with such seniors at all. Not at all supportive, rather they’ll disrespect and discourage you.

Salary not on time first they say it will come on this date then this date but it not even come on that date. Main HR is always in cabin or in other cabin or meeting never answer slack and not available. Only gurpreet ma’am available and helps but main HR ignore. My manager is good but point system bad ask us to learn new things but because of point system can’t no creativity, become a machine.
