Lots of politics, lack of teamwork, no leadership, no rules, lot of harassment. It is said about IKA India that it never went to a right hand since it came to India. Some good for nothing people are managing the company and hardworking employees are thrown out of company.

Day by Day company is growing and adopts new technology where we can feel proud compare to other brand, It is a Good Experience to Work with IKA where all entire people are very helpful and have a very good coordination, good repo with entire service team and able to solve any issue within time frame, some policies are very helpful to us

... eagerly waiting for service training for New Product which was not happen from last 3-4 years, Salary hike is not up to the Mark, Work load is very High,

There are nothing to dislike in my company except salary and increment policy. Salary in average and increment is not satisfactory.

IKA is good work place, you can do improvements and do the job.

The manager or the administration is not aware of the jobs in a department everything is not planned no one is assigned about what is their actual work it is like whatever comes need to be done. I worked in warehouse, billing, servicing, co-ordinating etc while I am a mechanical engineer.
