Np Promotion over years,career growth,over documentation,less exposure,old machinery,action on complaint,partiality and selfishness of higher management,sub contractor aggrements,lack of command of HQ management, lack of proper plan,less monitoring on site people,wasting of machinery working hours of less knowledge of site fellows,less priority to mechanical department,lack of Idea of PM on activities of dept etc

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Considering today's inflation, our salary is very low. With this salary, we are hardly able to manage household expenses and educate children, no attention is being paid to us.
