Employee respect is there when it comes to Nilesh Aggarwal and Naina Aggarwal, but the MD Veena Aggarwal needs some serious help. She thinks the employees to be her servents. No respect and very demeaning behaviour.

To be very honest there are nothing you can like about this company this is rather a family run business where employees are treated are servants.

Dislikes

So this business is run by 4 of the family member who lacks basic knowledge, manners and behavior. They will hire you without even understanding your job role or fitment to the organization just because you work for their competitors they will hire you with good salary. Post hiring they will make you do everything as their thought process is paisa de rahe hai toh wasool krna padega whether that is your KRA or not. They have few selected incapable people in big designations they only trust them. They do not know how to respect anyone. Lacks professionalism, leadership skills, no market knowledge only copy paste the competitors. They are just ruining people's life by hiring them. I feel a stray is better treated than an employee at IJCP.
