Offer letter - Accepted

Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

Well the H. O. D de chandra Is a dacoit and thief... And manager sujith sails in same boat. Both are like thugs of hindustan.

Dislikes

They Dont pay salaries and when u leave they stop urs one or two months salary.

Work opportunities were very good and hence the exposure provided was very nice. You get to work with some good schools in a hectic work environment.

Dislikes

Job security wasn't there, Reporting boss was the only authorized person on which your review depended. Work pressures were immense sometimes.there wasn't any familiarization / orientation program for fresher's .
