... of politics and the management doesn't address our issues and support nepotism. No pay for extra hours and extra days you worked, Not a good environment and culture, teammates are not supportive they're dominating and Used to threaten If you do not listen to me, I will get you out from your job. No Career growth.

Another plus point is that my colleagues come form the ....................... background, and I work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee...................policy here.

Compensation is excellent, growth is to fast. the work pressure is very low, Sometime, I have to work 05 to 07 hours straight in a day, I do receive appreciation from my Chairman, they mostly give appraisals during my mid year. Also there is a job training for freshers, hence seniors have to guide them step by step which is a ........... sometimes

Quality of faculties. Most faculties have sub-standard graduation backgrounds which affect the overall quality of teaching and research and create a poor work culture. IITs must be run by IITians. We need to create an ecosystem to bring IIT graduates into the IIT system to improve the quality of teaching and research.

The name is IIT is worth it, everybody around your family and friends recogize you and respect you.

Dislikes

Mostly research have to be done by you itself, no help from professor at all. And atlast they scold you for doing nothing.
