Good place, Good campus, well maintained, all the facilities

Guide was terrible, No work life balance, Work was more than 12 hours a day, not only for me, for all the people in his group. There are more guides with similar approach

Likes

The environment is excellent to learn new skills and improve your areas of weaknesses. All the labs are highly advanced, the computer facility is too advanced, here we have supercomputers to simulate the dynamics of molecules and so on. Here students are taught to work under pressure focused on a deadline completion. People here used to talk about innovative ideas and participate in many events which boosts their confidence level and make them learn to work as a team, apply the concepts in realistic problems and so on. Here the Institute organize two biggest events in North-Eastern region, they are Techniche and Alcheringa. People have so much in these time periods.

Dislikes

Here in each course people have really less time and cover huge syllabus, which makes life so difficult. People who come first they have to struggle a lot and they become pressurized.

Likes

This is one of the best institute in India. Faculties are extremely helpful. Siftwares and studt materials are easily accessible. Single room hostel is provided and the campus is peaceful and picturesque. You will enjoy the time spend here.

Hostel food is ok ok.
