They are satisfactory pay Master and being one of the best and progressive University in private sector one can learn and go vertical on career path.Job security is average but the working culture is favourable for the employees.

Salary package is not praise worthy and they keep one month salary with them as security which is released at the time of releasing when the resignation is tendered in compliance with all the.conditions of the University.

Always under politics, no work ethics, making us work to the skin, with unreasonable cut from salary every month, and intolerance communalism inside the campus and management, use and throw culture.

It's like a jail. You can't do any work of your. They even won't always to go out during working hours.

No working culture. Management is full of illiterate person. Then even keep you salary of one month as security and won't return you when you leaving.
