Overall company experience is great. People around are high energy and high value. Loved my short stint at iimjobs.com. Its people added lot of value in me as a professional.

Dislikes

Career path and growth are not very prominent and visible. Compensation is also not as per market standards.

The best thing is you can put forth your views, they also consider your opinions in process making. Managers, senior managers were open to conversations and also never bothered about hierarchy for the same. The environment was quite friendly and understanding. In the Bangalore team, people have been very good.

Dislikes

...e things, the employee should look into it as and when he/she has a need for it. salary was always delayed, reimbursements & incentives were always delayed upto 6 months. The grievances were acknowledged but never addressed to. The major issue was bullying , for smallest thing like being a vegetarian. People of certain teams were very judgemental and used to pass comments which spoilt the whole work environment.

-Unrealistic targets -Targets are irrelevant with the portals basic USP (iimjobs is a portal for mid-senior level positions which would be definitely limited in the market, but management have thinking that there are unlimited mid-senior level jobs in market and associate should have aquire MORE THAN that) -Associate positions are only for certain time frame, after that you will be kept in such stress that you will find switching is better than waiting for appraisal or promotion. (Noticed some of the seniors (3-4 people) who were quite deserving, well profesional, but they ended up resigning within the time frame of 10-15 days) and replaced by such freshers who don't even know how to write emails) -Office infrastructure is not good enough. However, with the help admin team of info edge they are trying to make it better

There is no positive thing in this company. It's just a scam if you go there for an interview they will scam you and they don't hire anyone and they will reject you without any reason.

Dislikes

Everything which you will see will make you feel dislike. First they are doing scam by doing fake job vacancy in there company. Secondly they tell wrong lpa so that the job seeker will attract for it. They are doing just a scam nothing else. Please don't waste your time by going to this company in rohini. Every person in this company is making a scam with every person who they call for the interview. Please don't go if they call for face to face interview. Else you will waste your time nothing else. Else it's your call.

Job security. Good place for those who have 10+ years of experience. Good company for taking the buffer and apply for the next.

Dislikes

Tech stack, backdoor politics, no tech environment. Would it recommend people from 1 -7 years of experience.
