Career path and growth are not very prominent and visible. Compensation is also not as per market standards.

The best thing is you can put forth your views, they also consider your opinions in process making. Managers, senior managers were open to conversations and also never bothered about hierarchy for the same. The environment was quite friendly and understanding. In the Bangalore team, people have been very good.

Dislikes

soft skills are poor, there is no room to learn more. people with inadequate knowledge are given higher positions at times and it becomes difficult trust. job security is zero and HRs do not respond to your greviances. for the whole company strength of about 120-130 there was only one HR. There were no basic necessaries like a cleane r, and small coffee machine or tissues or stationary. Just nothing. There was no one to even look not these things, the employee should look into it as and when he/she has a need for it<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. salary was always delayed, reimbursements & incentives were always delayed upto 6 months</mark>. The grievances were acknowledged but never addressed to. The major issue was bullying , for smallest thing like being a vegetarian. People of certain teams were very judgemental and used to pass comments which spoilt the whole work environment....Read More

My work was to meet the clients in person at your office space, get the requirements and start working on it and also help them every now and then with assistance. Also, to keep a smooth relationship with them by also having casual meetings.
