Actual time is 9.30 to 5.30 but in reality we work 6.30 to 7.00 sometime 8:30pm. No respect for women employee. Sometime BM force to deviate the work if we said no for it bm will targets employee. Today i resign because of that type of manager.

...on you will be treated differently.No one got their Reliving letter on due date.All existing employees had hold their minimum 1st month salary on their current employers.Existing employees to beg HR for their Reliving letter on daily basis.No one response and you felt why I worked at this ........ company.

I Good fill because I am work in iifl Samasta Finance ltd wrok experience in Samasta 3 years four months I am joining for cro post but company promot BCM I am very happy I am do good work than company give me next opportunity in Branch Credit Manager

No any dislike point my hand his company but I am one question October 2022 all bcm salary excrement but not excrement my salary please next time will take care and same rules apply all bcm I am fill vary happy because at work great organization

...about. The worst place to work. After getting offer letter confirm your net pay. Because there is deduction only from your salary. You will never get what was offered to you. There is no management no proper hr team. There is no leaves, even if you are getting married or you met with accident.
