Less employee benefit and the company give the opportunity but pay not comfortable so please provide that too otherwise no dislikes

The best team the best CPO the best management. Best pay scale. Amazing support from the peers and the functional head and everyone is SME and execution is the best part.

It was growing organisation - we rendered service since 75 branches to 485 branches.

Dislikes

No recognition, even though we worked hard, there was no recognition and salary hike was very low. There was a lot of grouping and partiality happening.

Actual time is 9.30 to 5.30 but in reality we work 6.30 to 7.00 sometime 8:30pm. No respect for women employee. Sometime BM force to deviate the work if we said no for it bm will targets employee. Today i resign because of that type of manager.

It's very employee friendly in terms of Salary, Benefits, Career Path. Skill development activities and learning is the Best part of this company. Job is highly secured!

Dislikes

No work life balance! Leave count is less. In field, maximum Sundays are working. They prefer all the meetings after workhour/holidays/Sundays. That's the only and only draw back of not only Samasta, for all Microfinance sector.
