Good work environment the management support transperent. There is a huge cafeteria and arcade for chilling company policies are good, Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

At the time of interview they have giving me the deatils of job profile as "you have to work from branch, arrange customer for loan by calling, n all " after joining I get to know that they have appointed me for some MoHo team which they never told me at the time of interview, there is no branch, only field work, no place to sit, no place for work, only you have go through market meet people take selfies, its like only field work, and work pressure is high, manager will call you 4-5times a day asking to share live location and will ask about business its like they'll mentally pressurized to you. Actually its not a company fault its all depends on your reporting manager, how he handles the team and my manager was *****. I don't know how he was appointed in the organisation as he don't know how to handle a team, how to talk, his language was rough like villagers. When I joined the company I get to know that already 7-8 employees resigned in 2months because of his behaviour and I was 9th I guess. I only want to say that please clear all the things at the time of interview, because its not the company fault but its about the staff who is working.

...ys treated as an outsider despite best efforts one can put in at a senior level. Huge salary cut even before pandemic and during pandemic too. laid off and termination appears to be normal. The assurances or terms agreed at the time of interview were not followed after joining. Lost confidence and mental peace.

...am leader staff is leaving the organisation just within a month after joining. Even after leaving the company with all exit policies after 90 days also didn’t got the salary and require documents. After so much follow up’s with HR they are not giving the proper response. Not at all career growth. Pathetic experience overall.
