Very much delay in paying salary. No increments and bonus. No extra benefits to employees. No career growth. Office politics. No proper guidance for employees regarding work and Even the TL or PL doesn't know the work. Doesn't respect employees and treat them like a uneducated labour workers

Overall good and company culture was very good best place to develop our skills very flexible in work

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Office is good management bad.company downfall within years.

Salary is main issue less salary and not giving salary in time a salary will be given after 45 days every month.office is good but management is worst no increments no bonus .Be safe when joining iic TECHNOLOGIES.

I observed in work life balance. More opportunities to lean.teamates are supportive.

Irregular salary payments, they hold at least two Months salary with them & Career growth is slow,HR people doesn't address our issues.

...pport and help our company IIC TECHNOLOGIES, Fire many Employees including me. And not giving any type of compensation, Even I work for more than 2.5 years of work in IIC TECHNOLOGIES. Job security is very less in IIC TECHNOLOGIES.

It's behaviour is not like an multinational company. Job security is very Bad. You will be fire and send to home any time.
