I worked for 2 months n did not receive my salary.... N very pathetic work place..... They did not even tell me wat would be the salary.... They just made me work n the pressure is too much! Worst place to work in

They don’t value their employees, their time, hardwork and don’t pay well in terms of monetary as well as performance appraisal.

...n has to indulge in work from the very first day and the assurance of job is 0%. There is a slight increment in salary after a year or more but provides a very good incentive.Last but not the least I want to say that IIBM Institute is an institute that gives us the best environment to work on but not a place for innovation or career development.

...s not provide you the assurance of your job you can be terminated at an instant. The other thing which I don't like is the increment in salary is not performed in a periodic way like a month or after 3 months etc. you can have salary increment at any time which sometimes work as a better one but mostly not. This is all that I don't like about the institute.

I had joined this institute for Master program in business administration and I felt it's really good for freshers and trainers were very interactive and very helpful... Now I'm working in good company ( starcom publicis media) am thankful.. Utilize this opportunity.. Thank you IIBM institute for guiding me...

They cheat innocent people And claim money in the name of training and then they will treat u like who the hell are you Especially the counsellor name #PunjiJain
