Organisation is open to change and tries to incorporate the latest technology in its work sphere. I personally get the chance to update my knowledge as I get to teach about the latest concepts in my subject.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Pay is low and work pressure is high. One has to multitask a lot. This leaves less time to focus on class preparation for teaching.
