As per my point of view..if any organization support to their employees in terms of Salary on time without any deductions and in skill development then everything is fine. In IHM this was the main problem.

Dislikes

Always keep busy students in extra curricular activities and very less focus on the study, practical activities.

It is located in my home town.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

... authorized letter of promotion hence no increment and very negligible if any. It is only salary what you get other than that there's no benefit of any sort at all. You have to pay even for a bus which is used for commuting to institute.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
