Company policies provide equal opportunity (and sometimes more) to females unless a manager has a personal bias towards hiring females (which is possible in any organisation). Company does provide both side cabs and it has put in place measures for safety of your health. In the end if you are applying for a job at this company don't expect higher monetary benefits. Although it will give you good work experience at the start of you career.

Great culture, great perks in terms of food, cab facilities and women safety. Great to start your career and learn multiple functions in finance domain.

Salary benefits are low when compared with industry standards.

Good work life balance. Not much work pressure, bonus paid consistently and decent annual increment.

In India office, promotions are not based on merit. They are already fixed and beyond manager level there are hardly any females. The senior leadership is biased towards females, given an option they promote male managers. This is unfair for females and they are left with no option but to either accept them as second choices or look for options outside IHG.
