The higher management from US treats you fare and well. 2days fixed off. Salary gets credited right on time.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Management in Philippines reservation office is worse. They focus more on making bathroom cubicle fancy rather than focusing on the actual issue. Pay is worse. Managers isn't knowledgeable and act as if they own IHG. Racist and biased treatment for foreigner and even HR of Philippines office doesn't wanna hear anything about it as if it didn't happen.

Good work life balance. Not much work pressure, bonus paid consistently and decent annual increment.

Dislikes

In India office, promotions are not based on merit. They are already fixed and beyond manager level there are hardly any females. The senior leadership is biased towards females, given an option they promote male managers. This is unfair for females and they are left with no option but to either accept them as second choices or look for options outside IHG.
