It was a great Experience to work with an IHG in Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla. I’ve learned a lot from the company, Our Staff; coz I was worked in EDESIA restaurant as a hostess. But I was my 1st job from where I started my Career. About EDESIA staff I specially thankful for these People (Bhishm Singh(Executive), Tanupm Pharai (Restaurant Manager) & Rest all the staff & HR also 🙏🏻😇. Good work life balance. Not much work pressure, bonus paid consistently and decent annual increment.

Dislikes

In India office, promotions are not based on merit. They are already fixed and beyond manager level there are hardly any females. The senior leadership is biased towards females, given an option they promote male managers. This is unfair for females and they are left with no option but to either accept them as second choices or look for options outside IHG.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
