I like career growth and I had innovative in my job,the lockdown effect to the salary as long as decrease in job productive as the airport is closed because of pandemic.

I don’t like the job security and there’s no training can be take to improve your skills.

Good work life balance. Not much work pressure, bonus paid consistently and decent annual increment.

Dislikes

In India office, promotions are not based on merit. They are already fixed and beyond manager level there are hardly any females. The senior leadership is biased towards females, given an option they promote male managers. This is unfair for females and they are left with no option but to either accept them as second choices or look for options outside IHG.

Working culture is too good and even sometimes conversations with your senior management's staff you won't feel any level gap.

No dislike everything is good but they should work on their compensation level and atleast pay according to the market demand aur depends on IHG brand value.
