Good work life balance. Not much work pressure, bonus paid consistently and decent annual increment.

Dislikes

In India office, promotions are not based on merit. They are already fixed and beyond manager level there are hardly any females. The senior leadership is biased towards females, given an option they promote male managers. This is unfair for females and they are left with no option but to either accept them as second choices or look for options outside IHG.

...ement, people actually treat others very nice irrespective of their designation. Salary Packages are good. Office location is Mind blowing.

Work Pressure on month-end that’s all.

Working culture is too good and even sometimes conversations with your senior management's staff you won't feel any level gap.

No dislike everything is good but they should work on their compensation level and atleast pay according to the market demand aur depends on IHG brand value.

Learning and development activities does happen from time to time. Company policies provide equal opportunity (and sometimes more) to females unless a manager has a personal bias towards hiring females (which is possible in any organisation). Company does provide both side cabs and it has put in place measures for safety of your health. In the end if you are applying for a job at this company don't expect higher monetary benefits. Although it will give you good work experience at the start of you career.

Minimal work life balance after covid No overtime pay Disproportionate salary on similar levels Little recognition of efforts by some people managers Notice period increased from 30 to 60 days Promotion eligibility also increased from 12 to 18 months

Likes

Great culture, great perks in terms of food, cab facilities and women safety. Great to start your career and learn multiple functions in finance domain.

Dislikes

Salary benefits are low when compared with industry standards.
