Mine is a us based all type of industrial material handling Clint's and automatic operation global Clint's ,my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re -hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Some time I have to work for 24 hours straight in day,

For sales important factor is bonus and incentives. But here you will not get what in total as on paper nothing in mentioned. It depends upon how your rappo is with your reporting person. To much changes in process which leads to distraction and main purpose is left behind

good company to start the carrier, will grow technically and ethically. good product and costumers. team is supportive. if you are doing fine will have a good job security.

working culture is not good pressurized job. lot of things have to manage by single person. will get very less personal time. there will be a thought comes out to think about company only not personal growth and time. the company work will demand extra time from your personal time.
