First when I join company all information about company how do work. what is our aim.what the need of customer. And many thing is provide by training. Work environment is friendly.job security is opportunity to new bees to explore their talent. Salary + incentive + coupon. I am learn many things for company like customer handling, soft skill,not rude on customer..what exactly want customer..good listener/speak ..product knowledge. Posting from CSA to some.. TL...TM...OM...is fast compare with our quality.

Company says no reasons for any mistake...manager is friendly but clients are very strict..The mail from clients for appreciation is ignore...but any one mistake is not taken.. the work pressure is averages.

Nothing.. Just HR guys. If I talk about the management they are girl lovers give the preference to hit chicks. One if your manager has no sense to talk on the floor. He is actually batmeez. If you guys want I want to have 101 with them. They also play with employees data
