They don't pay you accordingly for the work you have done for them...no proper hierarchy..waste of time atleast to think to join in igraft...if any one is still joining there it is pretty much sure that next review will b their's over here...they will torture you

...ork environment is also cool.I can learn many more things from i graft company. Salary is also time to time .teammate's they are very friendly .overall experience is very good.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus.........!

Nothing is good. As there is no job securit. They always have hire n fire policy. Also they are avoiding to give salary as I request them multiple times

Some of them are just arrogant, money minded. which i never liked to work with them and had fight for like 2 to 4 times. She keeps taunting employees on target and black mails about termination. She is also not professional. also dont know how to behave with employees. They dis-respects employees and blackmail about jobs terminations. They think they are the best for compnay but reality is different after loosing best employees they came to know.. Never gives pref to existing employees. They get brainwashed easily by new employees.. Worst Rules and Regulations which changes any time. Horrible Policies they gives you paid leaves and sick leaves but they will never approve
