The work in IGP is good and there is a lot for a new employee to learn.

Dislikes

...tter the owner and discuss the personal life of the employee more than his work. Neither salary is given on time nor appraisal is done on time. Very dirty type of politics is played and that too owner plays politics with the employees. If an employee flatters the owner, the owner takes him away.

Likes

The work environment is great, everyone in the work place was kind, generous and helpful.

Dislikes

The workplace was far and there's no direct transportation from the place I stay or else everything was beyond perfect.

At initial stage, i can say the best place to work here. Everything was fine at their startup time in 2015-16.

Dislikes

High level of politics. Everyone is ready to pull your legs to make their numbers in front of director.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
