Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Every thing is ok. Something is better than nothing. Staff are helping and care about each other. Office lunch is mostly good. A lot to learn if you are willing to.

Dislikes

Being a early phase startup, they have to save money by giving low salary to employees. There is chance of getting layed off as I have seen many. Very strict work culture maintained by higher authorities leading to tough working hours. You may get scolded without any mistake.

When compared to similar companies in the industry, except alternate Saturday is off there is nothing good about the company

Dislikes

The Wrost part of company is its promoters (management), and their attitude towards employees. No Job Security, Very Sub Standard Salaries and hikes. No any other benfits (Allowances) BETTER TO AVOID SUCH MICRO MNAGEMENT COMPANIES

Nothing I like about worst culture in every aspect of employees.

Dislikes

Attitude of management is pathetic towards employees, so everything like Work culture, Salaries, Promotions, work life Balance takes huge dent which are infact reflects the management behaviour towards employees. The Company has Super labour turnover ratio.Better to avoid such micro management companies, if not u will be part of the above discussed labour turnover ratio.
