You should ask me why I gave 5 star for work satisfaction. It is because you do not have any pressure as a programmer or a designer. Estimations of timeline of a simple project is huge, it stretches to months and years, thus loss of company in long run. Business model is just to bring in money from clients, they do not care of delivering good quality projects. Even if you lack a skill set and if you take 4 hours to copy a GA code on 3 html pages, no one is going to breathe on your shoulder or question you because there is no proper managers who will take initiative and ownership on behalf of highly valuable clients and get things done. So if you are a "kaam chor" igniva is the right place for you. Hence nice work satisfaction. If company gets closed down, you can definitely switch.

Dislikes

...wards employees. 4) Not a place for game changers. 5) Lethargic work culture. 6) Untimely salary disbursements. Recently it is decided they will pay 1st installment of salary in 3rd Week and rest in 4th week. 7) A place where a 3 yrs exp TL gets promoted to be a PM who doesn't know the full form of PHP, HTML, etc or how much time takes to install a WP theme. 8) Company doesn't know how to retain highly qualified managers. And many many more reason.

Teammates were good, everyone else was cooperative other than some fools; yes you can find such arrogant fools in every other company like this.

Dislikes

The management and HR are not what they pretend to be when you reach out for joining, they will promise every damn thing you ask them for. But when you ll actually need something from them, you ll get nothing but disappoinment. Once this company was know to have a good reputation, but they are now struggling with their employees' payouts, payments are blocked for more than a year. And they are now planning to move to Gurugram with a new name, I don't know how they're going to meet the pay scale of this area while not able to pay the pending salaries.
