... the system for 8 hours continuously and micro management is killing your life. We all are freshers and interns with 10K salary a month, so no more seniors to guide us, anything and everything cto decision. No job guarantee and even if you want to place resignation they will just accept, no matter how good you are. Please do not join this company and it has no projects

The company thinks it is an MNC. But this is a small startup company.They don't have any organisation structure. If you want to take sick leave we need to submit proofs. And then the CTO will be joining all the discussion literally. Personal example: I asked for 4 days leave. My lead said please send email to CTO. Why should he involves in all the activities. Better someone teach him what a real CTO means. He will be in all the standup calls asking for updates.Why should i update the status to CTO of the company. And it will be really awkward for someone to ask leave to a CTO. And there is a guy Biju. He sits in his desk but if we want to speak to him. We need to do a teams call. Then why we need to come to office. So much arrogance. He literally spy on our laptop when we are working. First the company needs to trust their own employees. We get paid for what we work. Not for what you can Torture. If you are fresher you can join this company to experience toxic culture. The IT is full of egoistic. They will have all the broken laptops and if we raise any concern no improvement. IT guy will clean the laptop and re-start and give us the laptop again. HR team is worse that they keep on hiring to show that they are working. No proper knowledge on hiring. If anyone says yes they will give work without proper knowledge check. In a interview 3 rounds will be there 2 technical and 3rd round with CTO . I am wondering what the CTO doing in this company. All newbies please grow up. Stop being egoistic. If someone speaks against you as a management don't do like a kid. Behave like a organization.

Leadership team is open to take new ideas from everyone irrespective of their positions. Always provides learning platform to upskill ourselves.

Pushing too much towards completing tasks or learnings which are not self-interested feels annoying. No proper appraisal system.

It's an amazing. Ignitho is growing day by day. They have tribe, in this tribe they conducting TEch talk and certification and activities. It's more useful to learn other technology.

Project is low. But they have internal project and also they have capable to get project.
