These are the core functions of HR. If you join this company you're no difference to a Tele caller in other words a customer care agent. All the time call the candidates and keep calling them. They'll have a track on how many calls you made a day. if you made less calls you'll be questioned. Minimum 180 calls per day which is just like customer care agent receive or Tele caller executive do in call center(BPO). you'll not even have privileged to be called as HR when you're not even performing a single HR function.

Worst Don't at all go here. Or else, you'd wanna literally kill yourself. Meaningless stress they create.. And worst, they steal your candidates. Like literally steal. If you wanna work somewhere where you can grow and learn and earn, then don't at all go there.
