Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Iglitz Technologies is a good place to start your career. Even though it is a start up company you will have a high learning curve. You get lot of opportunities, and multiple tasks which you won't get in MNCs. As our team was very less the responsibility of QA is more. I was able to cover from traceability matrix till automation regression suit. It includes even environment setup.
