Working at Igiza was good and big achievement to me and the entire team because we had teamwork and it was a new establishment.So we worked towards a common goal together with the management.We worked in shifts and had some time off so work-life was good because there was time for both work and social life to improve ones talents and skills.As for payment i.e salary was average and fair though we didn't have job security because we had no specific contract with our employers,so when the government came for work permits since it was a foreign owned establishment they were operating on visitors visa and it was challenging both to us and to them,so they decided to close down and thats why am still searching for opportunities.

Dislikes

Actually there was no particular disadvantage or anything negative other than working without contract and its closure.
