No proper Appraisal processes. Roles and responsibilities not clearly explained. Have to followup for so long even for genuine departmental requirements. KPI not set by the lead/Manager. Positions are not clear like other corporate designations like manager, assistant manager, senior manager. They will term, executive, executive leader, Group executive leader, Principal leader, Business leader...

In my department i was come as a beginner our senior teach me good and learn lot from there. i like in my senior approach.

The company taking the beginner people on neem & naps role ,continue as a trainee from the join date to 3years , after that if the trainee had supporting staff, our HR department give on role.if your work performance,dedication all are good but no support there is no consider.just use and throw it outside.
