The culture of this organization is very toxic..But there is job security

No promotions even after you work for years..Very low salary you barely can run your home with this amount, no one will apprase you weather you work 5pm or 8 pm ..

They provide zero support, from the day i join they always do delay in salary 17to 22 days,and if u talk about COVID-19 LOCKDOWN They put 4month salary &6 month PF till now on hold ..but they takes works from you till night also you have to submit work within deadline but no deadline for salary...even in lockdown all student paid examinations & semester fees .now they are saying we don't have fund so from basic salary after cutting 45% we pay you salary..so i suggest its better to work as housemaid or labour but dont work at ITM otherwise life becomes Big He'll like me.

...ent and culture. Teammates are not supportive and management is not transparent. Company policies are average, appraisals are not fair at time and now, they are not giving good salary and bonus every year. Today's, condition of IFTM UNIVERSITY is not good

I dislike IFTM University, because management doesn't address our issues. My salary is decent but growth of my career is slow.

Students are very cooperative and some of the colleagues are good.

... of politics keep on going in the Dept. And nobody is there to solve the issues. Workload is overburdened compare to salary. Full of exploitation of employees.

Poor management, less cooperation, students manipulate the management due to lack of quality and less support they get from institute. Delay in salaries. When you resign company delays in FNF settlement. Worst HR cooperation.
