Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

High groupisim, categorization, internal politics. How much u work hard I'd u are in offroll they would never appreciate rather demotivate you. Don't understand why they take employee in offrolls if they behave so ruthless to them. They will make you feel this every single day how much effort u give doest matter.

Great team from the top CEO level to the bottom level. Everyone becomes like a family member in times of problems and issues. In my 24 years of career, this company is truly the best, surpassing L&T, Lodha, and Shapoorji. During my hospitalization, everyone cared for my family and me.

Dislikes

Senior management does not have vision. Harrasment and no job security. My suggestion is please dont join this company. Its a hire and fire company. They will blame employee performance and they will not provide confirmation.
