...guards and staff at canteen and generally local kannadi ga people are very good. One thing another which is good is they pay salary on time not like other colleges in Banglore who pay on 5th or 8th in Month why many people work here

Dislikes

Lots and lots. Most importantly the principal, uninspiring and total non motivational guy, zero relationship with students, staff. He is only interested in one faculty who is not local and wear very non teacher like dress up. He keeps some people as pets and does not interact with anyone else. Admission people are his buddies and the whole staff suspects something wrong or else what is his business with admission as our head he should spend time with us but no. He can't even speak properly English and he is principal the college had a good principal but she passed away after that it has been bad The owners also poke their nose unnecessary in business of college and they do it by cause the principal is a dummy and good for nothing guy. They even made us work in the marriage of their daughter even faculty were working because they want to show faithfulness. Good talented people don't stay here. Only jagsom is priroroty for owner because they have a good leader called as atish in college the principal is totally useless and we all working with him suffer. Only if you stay close or have some other placed based restriction work here. Not at all good for career

Likes

...support of the Management to work and contribute towards the Mission and Vision. Salary is matching the best in the industry. A scientific approach is adopted in appraisals. A typical example of national integration due to students and faculty drawn across the all states of the country. Management never hesitates to recognize the achievements and contributions.

Dislikes

I am unable to say anything on this subject since I enjoyed maximum job satisfaction and there was perfect balance between work and life.

Likes

It is family based business so there is no security for your job they can terminate you for any kind of baseless reason. They won't follow any kind labour law rules they make there own law, there is no value for existing employees, management is like akbar who listen anyone opinion and they try to follow everything but nothing as per government rules. There is white english speaking lady who doesn't allow local people to talk their language infront of her, she feels inferior and she strictly prohibited to talk kannada infront of her.

Dislikes

Everything. They will make us sitting till 10 pm sometime it will be 11 pm also.

Likes

Excellent academic atmosphere. Great for all stakeholders - Teachers, Students, Staff and Management.

Dislikes

Lacks latest technology hardware wise. Conceptually they are aware of all technologies but hardware doesn't match upto expectations. Old machines.
