Some old and experience employee work very hard to complete the job and growth for company and take very low salary and some new employees comeing for the same job and take high salary, for the same position one employee take high salary and one employee take low salary,

In this company every one can develop their skill.. And salary timing and leave, holiday and bonus facilities are good..

There is no value of your hardworking and manpower not so much available at working staff. So much irritating rules and vary long time to give promotion for a really needed person. Thera are so many people are have experienced for long time but not given chance to take responsibility for senior post specially for ground level staff

...t our salaries are credited to our saving account without any delay every month. We receive an SMS notification on the 29th 30th of each month informing us of the salary credited.This is a crucial aspect for all employees ,as timely payment of salaries is of utmost important.it helps us to plan our finances and meet our financial obligations without any undue stress or inconvenience.

hr /management system is very bad, when diploma trainees complete there 1 year training his / her designation is foreman which known as JE post, chamical engineers in molding section, electrical engineers are in prass section.
