Good work environment and culture, but as a deo, we have no salary hike, but i would like to continue work here, because teammates and subordinate are very friendly.

Deo as no salary hike, including this tooo, because they are supporting there permanant on roll staffs, contract staffs have no salary hike, i am working in iffcotokio since 2018, but i have no salary hike,

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but not incremental added properly.

motor policy creation & front office client deal and admin management , agency works , marketing works etc.

compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high sometime, i have work 9:30 am to 7:30 pm, and i have attend direct Clint calls and service, agency policy creation , agent work and policy creation some agent not self works.

...blem but if you are on third party payroll then you can never come on payroll... No benifits offer to third party payroll and salary is also not satisfactory....
