Its great working in IFFCO GROUP OF COMPANIES, as I have worked for 14 years in finance department,people around are very co operative & supportive & acts as a training institute for the new comers, Working in IFFCO Group is very challenging and the environment is awesome to workwith.

IFFCO GROUP OF COMPANIES established 42 years back , being FMCG company salary is very poor specially at the time of work appraisal , Ladies are cornered chance of growth is very less as there is lot of politics going around.

...u'll get a official accomodation in stead of the HRA amount, which has it perks. Salary is better than average.

Field work is unorganized....Field Officer is over loaded with work from fertilizer movement to payment receiving only one FO should look after entire district....Plants work year round but fertilizer consumption is seasonal...It's a challenge for field staff
