It's a very bad company to work for, very bad management, never gives salaries on time, like this month they gave salary just the day before Holi festival and that too the half salary. There is no communication from hr about anything if you ask them they will give you threat to expel your employment.

Very bad management, Farm tele advisors at Kisan Call Center are scolded everyday by the management. Salaries are never given on time and many times salaries are cut for no reason and if asked they give threat for Expelling the employment.

There is no job security for employee more over no proper HR policies for employee unnecessary salary get deducted by the company ni security amount is given back like headphones security amount 2200 was deducted from salary but after completing notice period and leaving the company security amount is not given back.. every month 2kto 3k get deducted from salary unnecessaryly and farm Tele Advisor i.e employee can not directly connect with the HR..

Most insecure job in india everyday you get messages on WhatsApp groups and on vc “ company band ho jayegi botom k bande nikal jayege ye ho raha hai wo ho raha etc etc “

Company is good but supporting staff is very bad they are ditroing company imej on our fild

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is not decent as per hard working employees they are notgiven a appointment later they comeet falls on the job training is not given to new joinis and our first 6 months performance not hilight propper
