Brand is good wasing machine No 1. Salary on time. Cleim on time.

Dislikes

Three months' notice period with no logic for targeting. Focus solely on primary work, not secondary. No marketing support, no POP boy. You have to leave this company after five years, but your gratuity has not been paid to you. This is solely because you did not serve the full three months' notice period. Additionally, the refrigerator started at full pressure without any logical reason.

...out IFB as a company it doesn't provide you a path to the growth and success....if you have a desire to growth and want good compensation this is truly not the place for it.

Everything, an employee needs or desires for the growth and good compensation but here it's a joke ....this is the 1st company in the world which doesn't provide any kind of incentives at all even if you have done yiu job properly, no motivation at all. Past 3 years no increments also but still company wants good sale and if business is low blamed employees.

Nothing as such, no incentives for sales personals, ironically they will tell you in interview that u will get yearly incentives nug that's not true.. They don't have any incentives.

No growth at all i have worked they for 3 years but no increment and no incentives, salary is very very low compared to market.

... managers and trainees are very supportive and the management is really awesome.company police's are very good ,they give good salary and incentives also,. On job training is well provided .. how much we work productively tat much we can earn.. we can learn and earn...
