Ifb appliances and IFB ltd both are same company but appliances employee don't get the same benefit like industries employee.

Workin environment is good salary is average. Career growth slow.salary is on time but not expenses

Its good place to learn about how manufacturing works, I consider if you are a fresher and salary is not an issue to survive

Work life balance is not that great 6 days working. No shifts or work from home/Hybrid options Ctc to actual pay there are lot of cutting

Forget about incentive structure Biased promotion Super Toxic Environment Most National level people left HR dept is a mess Only buttering is the option No place for perfomer You may have to go to court for releasing letter if you don't serve full 90 days notice period Don't spoil your Future here

1. No week off. 2. No festival leave. 3. Job timing regularly 10 to 11 hrs without overtime pay. 4. Seniors treats with junior likes his servant. Bad working culture. 5. Too much hard work than expections.
