There is nothing to like here, I'm working here just for experience.

They want u to work more with less salary compared to the people who are on role in co. There is no growth here, as people have worked for more than 5 years in the co.on contract and are yet to get confirmation.The staff wants you to do their work but they won't help u when you are in need of a little help in ur work. They don't value us nor our work, we will only be remembered when there is work pending of on role people so that we can finish their work. They won't teach u anything new, as they might be afraid of us stealing their work😀😅. People take credit for the work u have done and even get promotion,so people need to be carefull.

Good Team and Work Culture-People in general are helpful Managers are usually considerate

Salary growth is slow- They. hire you at a low salary in mid level so even a 10-15% annual jump wont give you the desired returns Top Management is too old fashioned and are not receptive to changing market needs

Salary on time Work life balance is ok but Saturday is working here

Hr policy and response is really pathetic. No proper feedback ,for everything they will say we dont have fancy positions,fancy department….. If you ara a fresher or 2,3 experienced person dont think about ifb bangalore, its really old technology and almost all are manual lines. For relaxing and job security uou can plan here

Its good place to learn about how manufacturing works, I consider if you are a fresher and salary is not an issue to survive

Work life balance is not that great 6 days working. No shifts or work from home/Hybrid options Ctc to actual pay there are lot of cutting

Forget about incentive structure Biased promotion Super Toxic Environment Most National level people left HR dept is a mess Only buttering is the option No place for perfomer You may have to go to court for releasing letter if you don't serve full 90 days notice period Don't spoil your Future here
