Working in IES Automotive is whole different experience where we can be able to improve our skill set and also our thought process, we can get a chance to work for different OEM clients and know their work process. The management is well established and employee friendly. Working here not only provides great opportunities but also a better work life balance.

Every organisation has likes and dislikes, but the beauty here is they evolve day to day by learning where they lack to be the best organisation.

To Learn product knowledge is a great place. I like the way relationship we maintain with eachother in company. Everyone is there to take care of other person in tough times. Had my great time there.

Dislikes

The way people were treated by management was not that good previously, but now a days it's okay. Hope if this kind of care continues for an employee it will be great.

The workplace is good and working here with colleagues is a fun thing, overtime at the time of deadline and deliveries are common everywhere, but the kind of work we do here at IES satisfies our souls.

Every company have up and downs pros and cons, the only thing is the kind of mindset we have.

simply by giving half pay or basic pay. and the company is not willing to spend a rupee for employees purpose

1. No personal life 2. salary are same for freshers past 6 years based on the same salaries same hike which will be tuff based on todays expenses 3.No policy for the company based on their requirement they will keep new policies. like basic pay, half salary, ....etc 4.No appraisals given in time and that tooo by deducting the past months arrears. 5.No single benefit have seen for the employees past 2.6 years. 6.No single team Building activities 7. No team outings 8.If you speak anything truth which can't be digested by the MD you will be going to fired out simply.
