I like the work life balance that the company offers. Very reasonable work hours and not as much stressful work at times. Also office locations are very convenient as well.

Dislikes

There are a few points tht they could work on. One of them being increasing the salary of employees instead of hiring more more employees. Also need more valid increment reasons, it seems like your increment is mostly depended on how well some selected individuals speak of you.

The people here are very amazing humble and friendly. You can learn alot from the seniors, but that's all here things can really bad if you speak for yourself. HRs are just politicians in disguise.

Really nice place to work. I joined as a fresher and completed 5+ years here. The best part about working here is the work environment is really friendly and people working here are helpful. I learned a lot of things here from developing my skills to my own personality. Very good place for the freshers to grow and enhance their skills.

The work culture is very good over here, it is very friendly, You are encouraged to ask whatever queries or difficulties you have while performing a particular task and they are addressed no matter what-sometimes late due to colleagues being busy with some other work, but in the end it is made sure that they are addressed.

Supportive seniors even owners are supportive and very friendly

Dislikes

No learning based on field employees are working Seniors Politics in work, never tried new, if some try seniors would force them to change and keep it like older version.
