The people here are very amazing humble and friendly. You can learn alot from the seniors, but that's all here things can really bad if you speak for yourself. HRs are just politicians in disguise.

Really nice place to work. I joined as a fresher and completed 5+ years here. The best part about working here is the work environment is really friendly and people working here are helpful. I learned a lot of things here from developing my skills to my own personality. Very good place for the freshers to grow and enhance their skills.

The work culture is very good over here, it is very friendly, You are encouraged to ask whatever queries or difficulties you have while performing a particular task and they are addressed no matter what-sometimes late due to colleagues being busy with some other work, but in the end it is made sure that they are addressed.

No learning based on field employees are working Seniors Politics in work, never tried new, if some try seniors would force them to change and keep it like older version.

That is an online exam center so it is very respectful workplace. Also You have no pressure of other task except network management but you have many other thing to learn.That is a peaceful place. I feel proud the fact that I was a part of a team. IDZ is such a good place for fresher ......

In the other hand that place is not for experienced person because there has no professional task to grow your future and also compensation is very low. No job security and future....
